Course Refunds:
  • Once a course enrollment is completed and access to course materials is granted, refunds will not be issued.
  • We believe in the quality and value of our courses and are committed to ensuring that all participants receive the full benefits of their enrollment.
Consultation Refunds:
  • Consultation fees for services rendered by Mr. Sanddeep Bajaj are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.
  • We value the time and expertise provided during consultations and honor the commitment made by both parties.
Consultation Policy:
  • No cancellations are allowed for courses or consultations already completed.
  • For future appointments or course enrollments, cancellations must be made at least 72-48 hours in advance to receive a refund. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of fees paid.
Exceptional Circumstances:
  • In rare cases of exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues preventing access to course materials or unforeseen emergencies, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Requests for refunds due to exceptional circumstances must be submitted in writing to contact@sanddeepbajaj.com with supporting documentation.
Processing Time:
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. With deducation of Payment gateway charges (if any)
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
